Once a visa application is submitted to the embassy the appliant's passport will be unavailable until the process is completed. It remains the client's full responsibilty to ensure the validity number of entries and purpose of any visa. Payment of Ramattan Visa Service fee due together. Agent has reserved the right to retain cleint's document and pasport until FULL payment had been recieved. Payment is required in advance for any visa and legalisation service, bank transfer, cash, cheque. (please note: cheque's take 4 days to clear) refunds will be posssible upon the basis that received before the visa as been applied.
